GET INVOLVED

There is a world-wide movement to more holistically and humanely address mental health and integrate the whole-person into medicine. The Orpheus Institute is part of that movement, and is working to contribute its expertise, resources and knowledge. We could not do this work without the support of sponsors, funders, and volunteers. Together we are reinventing emotional healing and advancing truly integrative medicine.

There are many ways you can get involved with The Orpheus Institute

Donate for Programs and Training Every dollar you provide is used to support us in bringing the Catharsis Application Program to practitioners who are treating children and adolescents who are suffering trauma, abandonment, or behavior challenges; and men and women who are surviving emotional wounds, depression, war or other violence.

Charity Concerts As a way to engage the community and provide funds for our work, The Orpheus Institute organizes concerts that are inspiring and uplifting fundraising events. We organize an annual "mission project" for the benefit of veterans and children suffering from PTSD, including an annual CAP training for organizations dedicated to treating PTSD in veterans and traumatized children. We partner with producers and artists in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Volunteer Give the gift of yourself, your time, your effort. Volunteering with us includes providing bereavement support to people who have lost someone through suicide, helping organize and promote our fundraising activities, sitting on a board, and providing office support, or working on a special project or program.
